  The place was cool, the waitress nice. The goulash soup was ok but the pork not cooked enough and the chicken over cooked.

  I am fairly experienced eating breakfast since I do it daily, and Chic-N-Chop is one of the best places I have ever enjoyed breakfast. Their bacon isn't that thin, wimpy flavored crap you buy at the neighborhood grocery store - it is true American bacon fit for the wilds of Northern Idaho with farm-raised pork flavor. Chic-N-Chop also has several homemade syrups, my favorite being their apricot that I generously pour over my well-buttered waffle. They also have a great selection of hashbrown-based breakfast plates. If you go ask for LeAnn - she is a wonderful waitress and will keep your coffee filled.
